Defined Target Risks
The Verdict Risk Alliance Purchasing Group, now in development, is designed to write target risks within defined underwriting guidelines. Eligibility, underlying requirements, and terms will be set at the program level and will apply the same way to every member. Accounts outside these guidelines can be placed through Specialty Brokerage.

Specialty Brokerage
Broad Capability
Specialty Brokerage places risks within our three segments that fall outside program guidelines: amenity-heavy properties, adverse loss history, complex schedules, and non-standard structures. Each account is underwritten on its own merits and placed with the market that fits it best.

Custom Builds
Built Around Your Book
Custom Builds sets program eligibility around a retail or wholesale broker’s book of hotel, multifamily, or real estate accounts. We underwrite every account, price the book as a whole, and at launch, place it inside the purchasing group. Books must total at least $1 million in annual premium.
