Verdict Risk Alliance
Rainshade Custom Builds

Your Book. Your Program.

Rainshade Custom Builds turns your block of hotel, multifamily housing, or commercial real estate accounts into a dedicated umbrella and excess program. We review and design around your full book now. Placement through the Verdict Risk Alliance Purchasing Group begins at program launch, giving you a program your competitors cannot offer.

The Verdict Risk Alliance Purchasing Group program is in development and not yet available. Coverage will be subject to carrier approval and applicable state requirements.

“You bring the book and the client relationships. Rainshade brings underwriting, the purchasing group structure, and the Verdict Risk Alliance. The result is a program built for your clients.”

Who It’s For

Built for Brokers with a Book

Custom Builds fits you if:

  • You place umbrella or excess for a group of hotels, apartments, or commercial real estate owners.
  • You write each account one at a time and want a single home for the book.
  • You place the book through a program that no longer serves your clients.
  • You want to grow in these segments with a product you control.
Minimum book size: Custom Builds requires an umbrella and excess book of at least $1 million in total annual premium.
What You Get

A Program Your Competitors Cannot Offer

Group Leverage
Your clients will be placed together in the purchasing group. A combined book is designed to carry more weight with carriers than any single account.
Full-Book Underwriting
We review every account in your book at once. You get one pricing conversation instead of dozens.
Higher Limits
Rainshade’s tower is designed to reach limits most individual placements cannot access.
Enhanced Compensation
Compensation scales with the size and performance of your book.
Your Brand
Market the program under your own name, or co-branded with the Verdict Risk Alliance.
Alliance Resources
Your clients get access to severity data, incident protocols, and education resources. You get a renewal conversation that goes beyond rate.
